Le"Golden Star Hôtel"ou nous avions réservés n'a pas pu nous accueillir pour cause de rénovation, vous imaginez notre déception à notre arrivée en Angleterre à 19hdu soir sous la pluie.A la lecture de la fiche de réservation que nous avions en notre posséssion, le monsieur qui nous a reçu( il S'est peut-être présenté mais, nous parlons trés peu l'anglais) nous a proposé une chambre à deux sans eau chaude ,qui sentait le moisie et pour une nuit, Nous avons versé 19,76 livres de réservation, Il me semblerait logique d'être remboursé.L'hôtel "Stanley House Hôtel" qui se trouve au 19-21 Belgrave Road Victoria ,nous a accueillit pour les deux nuits aprés que deux précédents hôtel ne le pouvaient pas.

very basic compared to other hotels i've seen in europe, very low value for money. but maybe that's typical in london i don't know.
