the hotel was old, service was kindly, room was small, beds were oke but not comfortable, room was cheerless, breakfast was simple

très bien (les points embêtants étaient connus avant de partir) pas de beurre non salé au petit dej et jus de fruit uniquement pour les enfants... personnel ayant le sens du service.

El lugar es limpio y seguro. El desayuno era muy bueno y equilibrado. Las piezas eran un poco pequeñas y en una oprtunidad nos tocó una hhabitacion en que la puerta del baño no cerraba. La gente del personal es muy amable y siempre disponible. Recomiendo el lugar para gente que esta cuidando el presupuesto y espera descansar en un lugar tranquilo.

clean room, clean bathroom (en-suite)(I also took a look at the bathroom people are sharing, which was big and clean), staff is nice; we had an early flight in and a late flight out, so I called the hotel and earlier check-in was possible, we could also leave our suitcase in a room next to the reception for some hours before flying home; continental breakfast (toast, cornflakes, yoghurt, basket of apples/bananas/...etc.); we had dinner in a nice pub (Prince Edward) across the street; situated in a calm area, no traffic noise - only noise came from fellow guests (but I guess you'll find this kind of noise in any building built before 1970...); Bayswater AND Queensway stations (and bus stops) are just a few minutes walking distance

Environnement correspondait à nos attentes mais la chambre de l'hotel était carrément miteuse et le petit déjeuner n'était pas terrible. Prix élevé par rapport aux prestations.
