Muy sucio. Cuando llegamos a las 14.00 horas nos dijeron que la habitación no estaba limpia y nos tuvieron esperando como 2 horas. Luego nos quedamos solos durante 3 días sin estar nadie en recepción y sin venir a limpiar. El cuarto día aparece en recepción otro individuo y nos reclama el importe del alojamiento, cuando ya lo habíamos abonado al señor que estaba el día que llegamos. Menos mal que lo había pagado con visa y tenía el justificante de la transación guardado.

We arrived at 1200 noon I know you cannot check in until 1400hrs but at least we expected to be able to leave our luggage.Unable to do so because the hotel is unmanned the. Same the next day we ended up carrying our luggage around London

La posizione è ottima!!!!Laffaccio, i servizi e la metro subito a portata di mano.Il quartiere incantevole ed il cappuccino di Carluccio's subito di sotto meglio che in Italia. Purtroppo la stanza al mio arrivo versava in condizioni igieneche pessime.Non credo che si debba mai risparmiare sulla pulizia dell'alloggio e nel caso dell'Ivanoe, mi dispiace ma non veniva pulito da mesi.Ai futuri ospiti consiglio di mettere in valigia ammoniaca coprivater e pezze da pulizia.

am ersten tag als wir um halb 4 uhr morgens heimkamen hat irgendjemand die türe von innen verschlossen und wir konnten nicht ins hotel!!! wir haben alles probiert jemanden im haus aufzuwecken aber keine chance!!! dann fanden wir ne nummer wo wir anrufen sollen falls es problemme gibt und somit musste ich mit meinem österreichischen handy mind. eine halbe stunde die nr. 02072623091 anrufen (will gar nicht die telefonkosten wissen) bis wir in ein taxi stiegen und in dieses hotel von dieser nummer fuhren!!!taxikosten mussten wir auch selber bezahlen!!!wir bekamen dann obwohl wir zu viert ein zimmer im keller das was wirklich unterm hund war aber wir waren froh dass wir um 5 uhr morgens dann wenigstens mal im warmen waren und wir nicht auf der strasse schlafen mussten!!!! witzig ist nur dass wir diesen tag auch bezahlen mussten und somit sind wir stinksauer, aber denke verständlich, oder???
