l'hotel est idéalement placé dans un quartier résidentiel et calme, le personnel est charmant et serviable. L'acceuil à été parfait. Je recommande cet hotel pour un séjour de visite et j'y retournerais.

L'hôtel est facile à trouver. Il est prêt d'une station de métro qui permet facilement d'aller au centre de Londres ou de rejoindre la gare de Saint Pancras. Les chambres sont propres. Nous en avions une tout au dessus qui donnait sur le côté jardin et qui était bien claire. La salle de bain était propre et fonctionnelle. L'hôtel est calme dans l'ensemble (hormis les quelques portes qui claquent le matin) mais ça ne pose pas de problème si on ne fait pas la grasse matinée. Le petit déjeuner de 8h à 9h30 est réduit au minimum (café ou thé), quelques toasts mais les céréales sont à volonté. En résumé : assez agréable, pratique et peu cher pour une visite de quelques jours de Londres.

stanza piccola, bagno pulito, cambio asciugamani ogni giorno, mancava il phon anche se era scritto che ci sarebbe stato, colazione accettabile

For one of the cheapest in London, the accomodation is very worth the money we payed (no luxe(we were not waiting for it) but clean, quiet and conform to what we ordered ,good location and communications). The staff is very friendly. Breakfast could be a little more varied (self service bread for example).
